How to Purchase
Simply create an account. After our team approves your account, you'll receive an email notification. To ensure account approval, please carefully complete all required information and provide a valid email address so we can send you updates.
How to Place an Order
It's simple! Log into the website and add products to your cart. Your shopping cart will appear on the right side of the page. When you're ready, go to your cart, click on it, and complete your order. Once you've finalized your order, we'll be automatically notified.
Order Processing Time
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We check incoming orders at least once daily in the morning, and sometimes again after 12:00 PM.
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days.
How to Make Payment
It's even simpler! Open your banking app and enter the total amount shown at the bottom of your invoice. In the payment details, please enter ONLY the invoice number (receipt number) – nothing else!
How to Receive Your Order
To receive your order, please check the email address registered with our website, including your spam folder. After placing your order, please make the payment and send us payment confirmation via WhatsApp at +491624822430. You can send us a photo of your payment proof or a PDF receipt.
How to Track Your Packages
Once we receive your payment, we begin the packaging process. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery is handled by DHL. To see exactly when your packages will arrive, please visit their platform and enter your tracking code to view real-time package location updates.
Payment Deadline
Your invoice can remain unpaid for a maximum of 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, we will cancel your order.
What If I Paid But Forgot to Send Proof of Payment?
No problem! If you've already paid but forgot to send proof of payment and 7 days have passed, simply send us the payment proof (even on the 8th day), and we'll refund the amount to you.
If fewer than 7 days have passed, that's perfect – no problem at all. Just send us the payment proof and we'll begin preparing your packages.
What Happens If I Ordered an Out-of-Stock Product?
No worries – we keep track of what we couldn't send you. We'll provide a refund for those specific products.
Refund Processing Time for Out-of-Stock Items
Typically within 7 business days. Don't worry – we'll send your money back!
How Long Do I Have to Report Issues?
If you didn't receive all your products, first please check whether you've received a refund from us. If you've checked and received nothing, please contact us via WhatsApp – it's the simplest method. Please provide all the details:

- Order number
- Description of missing items
- Photos of the package you received
