At DubaiScent, we aim to ship your order quickly and reliably. Below you can find our current shipping information.

Free Shipping from Orders of €750

We offer free shipping only for orders with a minimum value of €750.

For orders below €750, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Germany Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days
Cost: Free for orders from €750

EU Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

EU Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days
Cost: Free for orders from €750

Our shipping boxes can hold up to 30 kg each and can accommodate up to 45 products.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulations or product safety requirements.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
